Date: February 22, 2025
Objective: To find balance between inner energies and strengthen inner harmony, providing a stable foundation for a Kundalini experience.
This event, which you can follow from home, is designed to help you work on balancing body and mind. You can proceed at your own pace, with a clear focus on three foundational exercises you can practice daily leading up to February 22.
Preparation for the Event Day
To establish a strong foundation of balance and harmony, it’s beneficial to practice the following three exercises regularly:
Meditation for Inner Peace
• Instructions: Find a quiet space and take 10–15 minutes each day to focus on your breathing. Sit comfortably with a straight spine, breathe deeply in and out, and observe your thoughts without judgment.
• Purpose: This meditation calms the mind and strengthens self-awareness, laying a stable foundation for the Kundalini process.
Breathing Exercise: Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)
• Instructions: Inhale deeply through the left nostril (close the right nostril), switch, and exhale through the right nostril. Repeat for 5–10 minutes.
• Purpose: This exercise harmonizes energy channels, balances body and mind, and supports a safe and stable Kundalini experience.
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) for Grounding and Openness
• Instructions: Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Inhale and gently lift your chest, hold briefly, then relax back down. Repeat 3–5 times.
• Purpose: Cobra Pose opens the back and releases the flow of energy, preparing the body for Kundalini energy.
February 22: Event Day
On the day itself, you can follow this program entirely from the comfort of your own home:
Morning Meditation on Balance and Harmony
Begin the day with a meditation focusing on feeling inner peace and balance. Set the intention: “I embrace balance and harmony within myself”.
Breathing for Balance
Practice the alternate nostril breathing to calm energy flows and bring your body into balance. This will help stabilize the energy flow.
Yoga for Grounding
Practice the Cobra Pose to open your spine and release tension. This further prepares your body for Kundalini energy.
Closing and Reflection
End the day with a brief meditation, repeating the affirmation: “I embrace balance and harmony within myself”. Write down your experiences and insights to further integrate your balance and harmony.
