By booking any of our paid or free services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All services must be booked through the website or as otherwise communicated. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation and details regarding your session.
- Payment: For paid services, payment must be made in full prior to the consultation or session. We accept a diversity of payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by such changes.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee. Free services, such as remote access to Inner Light and Sound, are subject to availability and can be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.

Client Responsibilities
- Personal Information: You agree to provide accurate information when booking services, including your birth date, time and place for astrology services, as well as any other relevant information. This ensures the quality and accuracy of our sessions.
- Use of Materials: Any materials provided during the service (such as reports, meditations or personalized exercises) are for your personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Accountability: You understand that spiritual and personal development is a deeply individual process. You are fully responsible for your own actions, decisions and the implementation of any insights or suggestions provided during our sessions.

Free Remote Access to Inner Light and Sound
Cosmic Insights offers free remote access to the Inner Light and Sound experience by appointment. While this service is offered at no cost, it is subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments based on our capacity and the specific needs of the participant.
Intellectual Property
All content on CosmicInsights.org, including text, graphics, logos and service materials, is the intellectual property of Stichting House of Empathy unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without express permission.
Liability Limitation
